Black Powder has to be the most effective, intense, N.O. supplement on the market that I've seen/tested. This is one of the few pre-workout supplements that I bought a second time.
The first NO supplement I tried was N.O. Xplode. It was decent and did what it claimed to do. I felt more pumped up, energetic, and had stayed in the gym longer than I usually do. Once that ran out, I noticed Black Powder. I gave it a shot and would never replace it with any other N.O. supplement. It is potent, but what else would you expect? I recommend drinking i t 20 minutes before your workout. I usually drink it on the way to the gym. By the time I'm finnished with my warmup, I'm ready to go. I'd say the first couple times I took it I felt a little overwehlmed. But after a few times, you get used to it. I would plan on being at the gym for an extra 15-20 minutes. I used to work out for about exactly 1 hour, and found myself staying quite a bit longer.
I would also recommend pairing this up with a good protein. You can see other posts for reviews on protein supplements. By taking Black Powder, a good protein supplement, and working out 4 times a week, I saw massive gains. Black Powder has about 50 servings so you'll be taking it for a while. By the time the containers empty, you'll be stronger, and bigger than before. It's also always a good idea to cycle off supplements since we really don't know much about the long term affects of their use. I would take 4 weeks off of Black Powder before going out and buying it again just to be safe.
